Bayou Bird Bath

Spice Meter

2 .5

Okay, so you're probably thinking,
"If this is a dry spice blend, why is it called Bayou Bird Bath?"
Let us explain.

The "unlock" to this amazing blend is actually the brining process.  Here's how it works:

Take your bird (turkey, chicken, etc.) and toss it in the dry seasoning.  Make sure you get a good coating on every piece.
Prepare a container of cold water, enough to cover all of the meat.  Gently place each piece of seasoned meat into the water bath.  If you want, sprinkle a little extra "bath" seasoning into the water.  Cover and refrigerate for 12-48 hours...
the longer you do, the more flavor gets locked in!
